Everyday notarizations
Acknowledgments, jurats & affidavits
$50Acknowledgments, jurats, oaths and affirmations, and verifications of fact — at your home, office, hospital, or care facility. Bring the document unsigned, with current photo ID for every signer; for most acts we must watch you sign. Veterans and active military receive 50% off these services with valid ID.
Book thisSignature witnessing
$30You sign in our presence, and we witness and record the act in the notary journal. Bring the document unsigned with current government photo ID. The simplest service we offer, and often all a bank, school, or agency is asking for.
Book thisBusiness & partnership documents
$150Operating agreements, corporate and partnership resolutions, contracts, and commercial signings — notarized at your office or job site, before or after regular business hours. Bring the complete, unsigned document and current photo ID for every signer.

Estate planning packages
$325We collect an attorney-prepared estate package, bring it to the signer, coordinate two disinterested witnesses, notarize the pages that call for it, and return the signed originals by tracked hand-off with a custody log. We never draft, explain, or advise on the documents — questions go straight to your attorney.
Request thisTrusts & wills
$200A South Carolina will needs two witnesses, not a notary — our part is the optional self-proving affidavit, which lets the will clear probate without tracking the witnesses down years later. We witness and notarize attorney-prepared trust and will packages and can supply two independent witnesses.
Request thisPower of attorney
$125A durable financial power of attorney needs two witnesses plus notarization. A health care power of attorney needs two witnesses, and notarization on the state form is optional. Your witnesses should not be your agent or anyone named to benefit — we can supply two independent witnesses for a fee.
Book thisHealth care advance directives
$125Health care powers of attorney and living wills, witnessed and notarized at home, in the hospital, or at a care facility. Two witnesses are required; notarization on the state health care form is optional. Bedside appointments are what we are asked for most — the signer must be alert and able to confirm they understand what they are signing.

Apostille & authentication
$350+For documents going to another country. The SC Secretary of State certifies the signature on South Carolina documents — Hague Convention countries get an apostille, others an authentication certificate. The state charges $5 per document, not per page, on top of our fee. Tell us the destination country and your deadline, and we will quote standard mail or rush hand-delivery to Columbia.

$200South Carolina notaries can solemnize marriages. You both apply at any SC county probate court with photo ID, and the license is issued after a 24-hour wait. We perform the ceremony anywhere in the state — elopement, short ceremony with vows, full custom, or vow renewal — and we return the license to the probate court within 15 days. No witnesses required.

$50For employers hiring remote or out-of-area staff: name us your authorized representative, and we meet the new hire in person, examine their original documents, complete and sign Section 2, and return the form securely inside the three-business-day deadline. This is not a notarial act — no seal is used. South Carolina employers must also run E-Verify.
Request thisPrices are travel and service fees and do not include evening, weekend, or rush appointments. South Carolina caps the notarial act itself at $5 per act, billed and receipted separately. Prefer to send the details in writing? Use a request form.
